OUTPUT/1, OUTPUT/2 and OUTPUT/3 are the three drafts prepared by ITU. ITU merges the three CoP positions into them.

Send your answers to your CoP chairMembers answer their CoP chair, copying ITU. Each CoP meets, convened by its regional association, and agrees one common position, which its chair sends to ITU by 26 November 2026. ITU merges the three positions within 24 hours and publishes the drafts on 27 November.

Answer individually
Short answers to the questions in the drafts, in English or French, sent to your CoP chair with ITU in copy, by the date the chair sets. No country figures are needed.

One position per CoP
Each CoP meets and agrees one common position from its members’ answers; the chair sends it to ITU by 26 November. ITU merges the three positions within 24 hours, noting where views differ.
